Our Resilience Coaching Service supports and encourages staff to develop and maintain a confident, optimistic and resilient outlook. We help you in times of excess pressure and change that trigger mental stress , depression and anxiety. Our one-to-one sessions - at your workplace, with an experienced and qualified coach can help you practice the skill of resilience and mange your work life emotional balance.
